Mai is a qualified chef who was born in Thailand and moved to Australia 20 years ago. Mai Thai Food Truck is a local family business which serves fresh, authentic Thai food. Our menu is cooked fresh in the truck by Chef Mai and her colleague Chef Tum using fresh ingredients. We offer online ordering for pickup as well as your usual food truck take away service.
